How is it free?
Donors can add an optional tip when they give. Tips are shared between your organization and DonorSecure. Your donation itself is never reduced, and you can turn tips off.
What's the catch?
There isn't one. No tiers, no feature walls, no contracts. If tips are off and nobody tips, you still pay nothing to us.
Is switching hard?
